Subscriber Agreement

This Subscriber Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Subscriber”) and My Healthy Mind and Body (“Company”), governing your use of the MyHealthyMindAndBody.com wellness platform (“Platform”).

By subscribing to and using our Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

4. Termination

4.1 Termination by Subscriber

• Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

4.2 Termination by Company

• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription if a Subscriber violates this Agreement or engages in prohibited conduct.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

5.1 No Warranties

• The Platform is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

• The Company’s liability to Subscribers is limited to the amount paid by the Subscriber for the subscription.
• The Company shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or health condition that may arise as a result of participation in the wellness platform programs.

6. Changes to Agreement

• The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
• Subscribers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
